2. Free Invoice Generator & Client-Side Data Handling

When utilizing our browser-based Free Invoice Generator without creating an account:

• All invoice numbers, line items, customer details, bank accounts, and logos are processed locally within your web browser (client-side).
• We do not record, transmit, or retain your raw client invoice details on our primary web servers during ad-hoc PDF generation.
• Downloaded PDF documents are compiled on the client machine via local JavaScript libraries.

3. Registered Software Products & Data Collection

For registered subscribers of our commercial cloud products (Infiniti Business Manager modules and Complete Suite), we collect:

• Account & Identity Data: Contact name, business name, ABN/ACN, email address, phone number, and billing address.
• Financial & Payroll Records: Invoices, quotes, employee wage figures, superannuation details, and ABA bank file structures required to deliver business services.
• Job & Telemetry Data: Task schedules, GPS technician coordinates (for Infiniti Job Tracker), work orders, and digital customer approvals.
• Payment Information: Processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways. We never store complete credit card details on our local servers.

4. Australian Sovereign Cloud Storage & Security

All persistent subscriber data is stored in enterprise-grade cloud facilities located within Australia (Sydney and Melbourne regions), satisfying sovereign data residency requirements. We enforce:

• TLS 1.3 / 256-bit AES encryption in transit and at rest.
• Role-based access controls (RBAC) and mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA).
• Regular vulnerability assessments and automated data backups.

5. Third-Party Disclosures
