1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using this website, the Free Invoice Generator, or subscribing to our cloud products (Infiniti Business Manager modular editions or Complete Business Suite), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Accounts & Security

When registering for commercial products, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual recurring cycle in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless specified otherwise.
• All prices are exclusive of 10% GST unless explicitly labeled as GST-inclusive.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing period.

4. Customer Data Ownership

You retain complete ownership of all customer files, invoices, quotes, payroll records, and intellectual property uploaded or created in your account. You may export your financial data at any time in standard formats (CSV, PDF, JSON).

5. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms modifies or restricts non-excludable statutory rights or consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
